Air Medical Group Holdings, Inc. (AMGH), a leading provider of emergent air and ground ambulance programs has signed a comprehensive Engine Services Agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) that will cover approximately 240 P&WC engines for its subsidiaries, Med-Trans Corporation, REACH Air Medical Services, AirMed International and Guardian Flight.
