14 February 2020: Lufthansa Technik and SAS Scandinavian Airlines have renewed and expanded the Total component support contract with further services. Under this new agreement extended till December 2026, Lufthansa Technik will provide an integrated material supply (Total Component Support, TCS) for the Scandanavian Airlines entire Boeing and Airbus fleet, including the carrier's new A350s.
As a part of the Total Component Support (TCS) contract Lufthansa Technik will also provide the following%u2026
-Airframe Related Components (ARC) including LEAP-1A nacelle support.
-To supply spare parts to the airline's Scandinavian hubs.
-responsible for base maintenance of SAS's A330 and A340 long-haul aircraft
-maintenance and repair of composites structures (Airframe Related Components, ARC)
-A350 wheels and brakes services.
