29 August, 2018:Cutter Aviation, the leading aviation services provider for the Southwestern United States has promoted Kyle Turner to the position of Client Relationship Manager supporting Pilatus Aircraft clients. In this new role, Turner will be the dedicated point of contact for client ownership experience, expediting post-sale maintenance to include managing and coordinating action plans with approved service centres.

Turner joined Cutter Aviation last year as a Technical Service Representative for Part 145 Repair Station in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he became the client support arm for the maintenance department and helped oversee daily operations. The relationships Turner cultivated, as well as his implementation of new standard operating procedures, contributed to a year of record profits and fueled overall growth within the department.

Turner had worked as the Maintenance Coordinator for a Part 145 Repair Station and Pilatus Service Centre in Southern California before joining Cutter. As the maintenance coordinator for the facility, he was in charge of relationship management and retention of VIP clientele along with the responsibility of business development and sales.
