ATR hands over first 42-600 aircraft to ORC secured by an ATR’s GMA

ATR, a Franco-Italian aircraft manufacturer has announced the delivery of the first ATR 42-600 jet to ORC (Oriental Air Bridge), a Japanese regional airline. The newly delivered aircraft is covered by an ATR Global Maintenance Agreement contract (GMA). The aircraft which was delivered in Toulouse was ordered in July 2022 and carries the brand-new ORC livery. ORC will plan to start operating the ATR aircraft in July 2023 to further strengthen support for the airline’s domestic activities in providing reliable essential connectivity from Nagasaki to the island of Kyushu in Japan.
