International Aerospace Coatings (IAC) Group, which includes Eirtech Aviation Services, has announced that the company has been acquired by Tiger Infrastructure Partners (Tiger), a private equity infrastructure investor. IAC Group is one of the global providers of aviation services headquartered in Shannon, Ireland and Irvine, California.
