ST Engineering sells 11 Narrowbody jets to Keystone

ST Engineering has announced the successful sale of a portfolio of 11 new-generation and current generation narrowbody aircraft from its Aviation Asset Management business to Keystone Holdings (Global) Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between ST Engineering’s Commercial Aerospace and Sojitz Corporation. This strategic move aligns with ST Engineering’s focus on expanding its Aviation Asset Management operations while enhancing capital efficiency and providing more options to the market.

The transaction reflects ST Engineering’s commitment to its core strengths in lease management and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), while collaborating with partners to offer comprehensive aircraft lifecycle asset management and support solutions to customers. Keystone Holdings, formed as a joint venture between ST Engineering and Sojitz Corporation, has been working in partnership since 2016. This acquisition of the aircraft portfolio contributes to Keystone’s expansion plans and aligns with Sojitz Corporation’s strategy of strengthening its market presence and building relationships with other companies.
