Duncan Aviation has appointed long-time team member Russ Haugen as the Manager of the company’s MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Airframe RRTs (Rapid Response Teams). Haugen has extensive leadership and technical expertise, across multiple production shops in Lincoln, notably in Avionics Installation and Engine Line operations, advancing to a Team Leader position.
Since commencing employment with Duncan Aviation in 1992. Transitioning to Customer Service in 2007, he undertook roles as a Project Manager, Team Leader, and Assistant Manager. By 2018, Haugen relocated to Provo to take on the responsibilities of Customer Service Manager.
