DAE acquires 64 Boeing 737 MAX jets from CACL

 Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd, a globally recognized aviation services corporation, has successfully completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 64 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. This acquisition involved the transfer of rights, interests, and obligations from a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC). With this strategic move, DAE continues to play a pivotal role in facilitating the growth and development of the aviation industry, serving the needs of airlines around the world.


DAE, headquartered in Dubai, operates through two divisions: DAE Capital and DAE Engineering. DAE Capital is an award-winning aircraft lessor with a substantial fleet of approximately 550 Airbus, ATR, and Boeing aircraft, valued at over US$20 billion. DAE Engineering, on the other hand, provides regional Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services to customers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
