GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) has initiated the disassembly of the first CFM International CFM56-7B engine and successfully completed the disassembly of two CFM56-7B Low-Pressure Turbine (LPT) Modules at the Specialized Procedures Aeroengine Hospital (SPAH) in Wilmington, Ohio.
The CFM56-7B engine and LPT Modules were delivered to SPAH by Aero Engine Solutions (AES). This marks a significant milestone for the joint venture between GA Telesis, LLC, and Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG).
