Phil Jasper named as President of Raytheon by RTX

Phil Jasper, who will answer to President and Chief Operating Officer Christopher T. Calio, has been named President of Raytheon, according to an announcement made by RTX.  As president of Raytheon, Jasper, 55, will lead the company and its industry-leading franchises in air-to-air missiles, fire control radars, electro-optical/infra-red systems, and missile defence. 

He will also be a part of the RTX senior leadership team.  Wesley D. Kremer, who will retire from the firm at the end of Q1 2024, is replaced by Jasper, a 31-year veteran of the aerospace and military industries.
