GE Vernova, the purpose-built global energy company, in preparation for its planned spin-off in the second quarter of 2024, has announced key updates to its leadership team.
These changes underscore the company’s commitment to becoming a stand-alone entity focused on driving the energy transition. GE Vernova comprises Power, Wind, and Electrification businesses, supported by accelerator businesses like Advanced Research, Consulting Services, and Financial Services.
