In a significant development for India’s aerospace industry, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 19th January 2024 will inaugurate the Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center (BIETC) campus, situated at Aerospace Park in Devanahalli near Kempegowda International Airport in the aerospace hub city of Bangalore, the capital city of the Karnataka State in the Southern part of India.
This state-of-the-art campus, constructed with a substantial investment of Rs 1,600 crore, represents Boeing’s largest investment outside the United States, signifying the global aerospace giant’s confidence in India’s aviation capabilities.
