25 January, 2019: Magnetic MRO sets up a new line maintenance station at Orland International Airport (OLA), Norway. It was opened on the 1th of January, 2019.

It will be operated by a Scandinavian airline Air Leap and will support Saab 340 aircraft.

Air Leap’s twin-engine turboprop Saab 340s will be provided with daily and weekly checks, defect rectification and engineering support.

Andrei Tšurikov, Magnetic MRO’s Line Maintenance Manager said, “We are delighted to re-start our Saab 340 line maintenance support on a daily basis. With a new airline-customer on the board, we look forward to expanding our cooperation with Scandinavian carriers, both in line maintenance and other MRO segments.”

Magnetic MRO runs one of the top three line maintenance networks in Europe with seven line stations on its operational map. The company is expected to start five more stations in future.

Currently, the MRO’s capabilities cover narrow-body Boeing 737CL/NG, E170/190, CRJ900/1000 and Airbus A320FAM.
