Stephanie Pope appointed as Boeing Chief Operating Officer

 In a strategic move, Boeing has appointed Stephanie Pope as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of The Boeing Company, effective January 1, 2024. Reporting directly to Boeing President and CEO Dave Calhoun, Pope will take on this newly created role overseeing the performance of Boeing’s three business units, with a focus on supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and engineering excellence. 

As Boeing COO, Pope will play a pivotal role in steering the company through a significant transitional year, emphasizing the restoration of operational and financial strength. With a wealth of operational, financial, and customer experience, Pope is expected to bring stability and predictability to Boeing’s operations.
