IAI, a world-class aerospace and defense company, has unveiled its Global Control Center (GCC) system designed to manage and monitor major projects, particularly international aircraft conversion programs conducted by IAI in Israel and globally. Developed in-house and fully operational following extensive testing by all levels of the organization, the GCC system promises to revolutionize the efficiency and transparency of IAI’s conversion programs.
The GCC system is poised to streamline the conversion process for each aircraft, optimize logistical processes, and enable targeted and horizontal management of errors or challenges. One of its key features is the ability to present real-time conversion progress to IAI’s customers, both existing and prospective, with an unprecedented level of detail and transparency. The system is managed from an advanced control and monitoring center located at IAI’s facility.
