AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE, the Czech aerospace and defense company, has successfully acquired 100% ownership of Technometra Český Brod a.s. Technometra is a key supplier to Aero for the new L-39NG aircraft and provides components and repairs for older aircraft manufactured by Aero.
The completion of the acquisition on March 7, 2024, establishes Aero as the sole shareholder of Technometra, emphasizing the strategic importance of the acquisition for Aero’s supply chain stability and development.
