Aaron Jensen appointed as manager of Duncan Aviation Seattle Satellite Avionics:
11 April 2020:Duncan Aviation has appointed Aaron Jensen as the manager of Seattle Satellite Avionics Shop. He has more than 29 years in the aviation industry having worked in a variety of positions as Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic.
"After working on the floor for many years with the Seattle Satellite, we are proud and excited to have Aaron in a leadership position there," said Manager of Satellite Operations Matt Nelson. "We feel that Aaron can foster and grow our important customer relationships in that region."
"The Duncan family has created a legacy that I'm proud to be a part of," said Jensen. "The company treats its employees well, providing us with all of the resources we need to serve our customers knowledgably, safely, and efficiently. We're a small shop that sees a great diversity of work, and we have to problem-solve every day, but we have a great team and an entire company behind us, supporting us all the way. It's just phenomenal."
He spent time working on cargo planes and special ops surveillance aircraft as a civilian contractor for the Air National Guard. As a shop manager, Jensen supervised several technicians, responsible for maintaining aircraft that were involved in domestic drug interdiction and aerial surveillance.
