CAE has announced that the company has signed an exclusive 15-year agreement with the Qantas Group, the flag carrier of Australia to develop and operate a new state-of-the-art pilot training centre in Sydney, Australia. According to the agreement, CAE will operate from a new 7,000 square-metre CAE Sydney Training Centre that is scheduled to commence operations in early 2024.
In addition to that CAE will also deploy a new Airbus A320 full flight simulator. CAE will additionally purchase the Qantas Group’s B787, A330, and B737NG full-flight simulators and the associated integrated procedures trainers for the new centre in Sydney.
