CSI Leasing, Inc., a prominent independent leasing company, has extended its presence in the Asia-Pacific region by establishing a subsidiary in Jakarta, Indonesia. The opening of PT CSI Renting Indonesia marks the third subsidiary of CSI Leasing in the region, following the inauguration of CSI Leasing (Thailand) Ltd. and CSI Leasing Taiwan LLC earlier this year. With the addition of Indonesia, CSI Leasing now operates in 10 countries throughout the Asia-Pacific region and caters to clients in more than 50 countries worldwide.
CSI Indonesia will focus on serving CSI’s existing global clientele, as well as seeking opportunities for leasing with local organizations. Rio Wicaksono, a finance veteran with almost 20 years of experience, will manage the new entity. Rio most recently served as a director at PT Century Tokyo Leasing Indonesia, a subsidiary of Tokyo Century Corporation, and holds a master’s degree in financial management from the University of Indonesia and a bachelor’s degree in business/managerial economics from the University of Trisakti.
