Curtiss-Wright secures $28 million E-28 Retrieve Drive contract from NAVAIR

Curtiss-Wright Corporation has been awarded a 5-year firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) for the supply of E-28 Retrieve Drive Assemblies, along with spare parts. The maximum potential value of the contract is approximately $28 million. Under this contract, Curtiss-Wright will support the replacement of legacy sub-systems across the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps bases.

Curtiss-Wright will provide a solution for the replacement and retrofit of Retrieve Drive Assemblies on existing E-28 systems, which is the approved shore-based emergency system currently operated by the Navy and Marine Corps expeditionary airfield stations worldwide.
