4 September 2019: AJW Technique has appointed Sajedah Rustom as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board. In this new role, Rustom will be responsible for leading strategy and business development, products and services innovation, whilst ensuring flawless execution and customer satisfaction.
Rustom has more than 15 years of strategic and operational leadership experience in both commercial and business aviation.
Previously, she was responsible for the design and management of Bombardier's commercial aircraft cost by hour programmes, including component reliability, asset management and supply chain solutions. Sajedah went on to oversee strategy and business development for the parts services division, delivering enhanced growth, cost optimisation and customer satisfaction. She then moved into business aviation transforming the Global Express, Challenger and Learjet aftermarket, with significant results.
