Jazeera Airways signs leap 1A engine service agreement with CFM International:

31 January 2020:Jazeera Airways and CFM International have signed a long-term Rate Per Flight Hour (RPFH) agreement to support the LEAP-1A engines that power the airline's fleet of 20 Airbus A320neo aircraft. The agreement is valued at around $1.3 billion US at list price, also covers five spare engines. According to the terms of the agreement, CFM Services assures maintenance costs for Jazeera's LEAP-1A engines on a dollar per engine-flight-hour basis.

In May 2018, Jazeera Airways became the first LEAP-1A-powered A320neo operator in the Middle East. The airline currently operates four A320neo aircraft.

The fleet has since logged over 6,000 flight hours. The airline also operates nine CFM56-5B equipped A320ceo aircraft
