AJW Group recently announced the appointment of Tathiana Victoria Rice as the company’s Senior Sales Director for North America. Tathiana Victoria Rice will handle the responsibilities of the sales team leadership, meanwhile accelerating AJW’s revenue through expanding AJW’s presence in the North American region. Tathiana Victoria Rice will also contribute to the marketing and business strategies of the company. AJW Group, is an independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts.

Tathiana brings an experience of over 15 years of sales and client relationships in aviation to the AJW Group. Prior to joining AJW, Tathiana gained expertise in the Used Serviceable Material (USM) sales, procurement and supply chain environment in the North American region, and globally at Airbus/Satair, GA Telesis, and Regional Airline Support Group. Tathiana Victoria Rice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Florida Atlantic University (FAU).
