CDB Aviation Deliveries Ten A320-200 Aircraft Super Air Jet

CDB Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co., Limited (“CDB Leasing”), officially announced that the company has successfully completed the delivery of the last of ten Airbus A320-200 aircraft to Super Air Jet (“SAJ”), Indonesia’s newest low-cost airline. The ten Airbus A320-200 aircraft were delivered to the Super Air Jet over a period of 18 months.



“We are pleased to have been part of the launch of Super Air Jet as they eye further growth in their share of Indonesia’s domestic market, expanding their low-fare route network and connecting all key regions of the country,” noted Pacific Ryan Barrett, Head of Commercial, Asia, CDB Aviation.

The new aircraft are added to the fleet of the newly operational airline with an aim to support the development of Super Air Jet as a leading airline supporting the growth of domestic traffic in the fast-growing Indonesian market as the region continues to recover from the pandemic.
