Magnetic MRO Training reopens their training facility

Magnetic MRO Training reopens their training facility:

1 October 2019: Magnetic MRO Training will be reopening their training facility after the most recent expansion. The new premises will be used mainly by Magnetic MRO and Estonian Aviation Academy for theoretical technical training for future aircraft mechanics.

"The need for expansion came from demand to organise more type training and internal training as well as supports better overall organisation of training. Department has grown very quickly and very significantly over the last couple of years so the expansion was the natural step ahead for us," said Haldi Vanatoa, Head of Training Unit at Magnetic MRO Training.

The latest expansion results in almost 50 per cent capacity increase in Tallinn for theoretical type training programmes. As type training are long and takes between 1, 5-2 months, own facility not only helps to accommodate the growing needs of professionals in the industry but also creates a comfortable training centre which meets the requirements of both instructors and trainees.

"We like to keep a homelike-feeling within our training centre because a lot of trainees travel to Estonia only for the training, spending most of the time at the facility. Therefore welcoming and comfortable premises are one of our key goals alongside the maintaining the highest training standards and quality," said Haldi Vanatoa.
