StandardAero Business Aviation unveils new customer service mobile app:

23 October 2019: StandardAero Business Aviation has unveiled a new MRO Project Management service app called myStandardAero. Currently, the new app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android devices.

The myStandardAero app offers a mobile platform for customer to remotely use and manage MRO events at StandardAero Augusta GA, Houston TX and Springfield IL facilities. Customers will be able to review and approve squawks, communicate directly with specific StandardAero project managers and review work orders from anywhere they can access the internet. The app works in conjunction with the myStandardAero portal which has also been improved to include additional functionality such as easier approval of multiple squawks, export squawks to Excel, selectable spending caps by individual squawks, integration of customer provided log book entries and the ability to post contract change orders. Overall, the new myStandardAero mobile app provides an improved remote customer experience.
