Quickstep Holdings Ltd has announced a significant partnership with Alliance Aviation Services through the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU sets the stage for detailed negotiations to establish formal contracting arrangements in support of Alliance Airlines’ expanding fleet of Embraer E190 aircraft.
The scope of the MoU is far-reaching and aims to provide a unique component repair capability to Alliance’s fleet expansion program. The key objectives outlined in the MoU include a multi-year component support agreement for the Alliance Embraer E190 fleet, onshore composite, metal, and bonded component support in collaboration with the global supply chain, onshore nacelle support provided by Quickstep with assistance from the Original Equipment Manufacturer, and on-site technical support at Alliance’s new heavy maintenance facility in Rockhampton, QLD.
