Avia Solutions Group, recognized as the world’s largest ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) provider with a fleet comprising 199 aircraft, has successfully concluded the acquisition of Skytrans, an Australian airline specializing in Regular Public Transport (RPT) and charter operations.
With Skytrans holding a fleet of 13 regional aircraft, the acquisition allows Avia Solutions Group to obtain an Australian Air Operator Certificate (AOC), opening avenues for passenger and cargo flight operations.
