Bell Textron Inc., a subsidiary of Textron Inc., has signed a purchase agreement for the first Designer Series Bell 429 helicopter destined for Japan. The buyer is Japan General Aviation Service (JGAS), a significant player in the Japanese aerospace sector, specializing in aircraft sales and aftermarket support services.
Following delivery, Japan Biz Aviation Co. Ltd. (JBZ), a subsidiary of JGAS, plans to operate the Bell 429 for corporate relocation and other services within Japan. This acquisition marks the second Bell helicopter for JBZ.
