Novair becomes signs engine service contract with Lufthansa Technik

27 November 2019: Nova Airlines AB (Novair) have signed a long-term exclusive Engine maintenance services contract with Lufthansa Technik for the CFM International LEAP-1A engines of Novair's two Airbus A321neo aircraft.

The airline has thus become the launch customer of Lufthansa Technik's technical services for this new engine type.

The new contract covers different services, like engineering, overhaul and testing, mobile engine services (MES), engine parts repair and warranty handling.

Lufthansa Technik, recently received the approval for this engine type by the German federal aviation administration LBA (Luftfahrtbundesamt) and can provide comprehensive technical support for the LEAP-1A.
