2 April 2020: STS Aviation Services has been recently awarded the CAA Part 145 approval for base maintenance from the UK Civil Aviation Authorities. As per the new approval STS will now conduct base maintenance operations at its state-of-the-art 120,000 sq. ft. aircraft maintenance facility in Birmingham, United Kingdom on a variety of aircraft types like A320 family, A330, B737NG and B757 with additional aircraft to be added in the coming months. They also plan to increase its active workforce 100 Mechanics and Engineers by the end of 2020.

The STS team will focus on aircraft modifications, structural repairs, engine changes, A Checks, C Checks, lease transition and bridging checks.
