Boeing and AirNav Indonesia Join Forces to Enhance Air Traffic Management, efficiency and sustainable aviation

 In an effort to bolster the safety and efficiency of Indonesia’s national air traffic management system, Boeing has entered into a collaborative agreement with AirNav Indonesia. The partnership aims to explore various initiatives that will enhance airport and flight operations, ultimately contributing to a safer and more sustainable aviation system in Indonesia. These initiatives include optimizing aircraft movement and reducing fuel consumption.


The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signifies the merging of Boeing’s engineering expertise with the Indonesian government’s strategic plans in airspace management, training, and air traffic management. Working closely with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Indonesia, local airlines, airport operators, and other stakeholders in the aviation sector, Boeing and AirNav will drive forward these improvements.
