SR Technics, a renowned MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) service provider, has announced that Matthias Düllmann, the current CFO of the company, will take over as CEO effective from July 1, 2023. This transition follows the decision of Jean-Marc Lenz, the current CEO, to step down and assume a part-time senior advisory role within SR Technics. Matthias Düllmann joined SR Technics in 2017 and has held various leadership positions within the company. The nominations of Remo Voehringer as CFO and Owen McClave as COO will also take effect on July 1, 2023.
During his tenure at SR Technics, Matthias Düllmann served as the Global Head of Controlling for two years before assuming the role of CFO in 2019. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Düllmann has played a significant role in shaping SR Technics’ strategy and leading the company’s transformation towards becoming an engine-focused MRO company. Prior to joining SR Technics, Düllmann worked at a leading consulting firm and held various leadership positions, including Managing Director and CFO.
