28 August 2019: S7 Technics' Irkutsk line station has received an authorisation to carry out line maintenance works on the E170 aircraft. The organisation's specialists plan to begin maintaining the type within the fleet of S7 Airlines in September.
To launch its new E170 capabilities, all the essential equipment and tools, including spare parts and consumables, have been bought.
The station's specialists have been trained up to work on the new type of aircraft at certified training centres in Russia and Poland. They also have 24/7 access to Embraer's technical documentation.
