With an emphasis on Saudia’s Airbus fleet, Saudia Technic and Lufthansa Technik inked a ten-year Total Component Support (TCS) contract at the Dubai Airshow. The cooperation extends Lufthansa Technik’s continued supply of parts to Saudia’s Boeing fleet, which started at the start of this year. Commencing in January 2024, the companies are launching a combined training programme as a significant extension of their collaboration. This extensive programme demonstrates the dedication to improving operational effectiveness and quality in the aviation sector.
Aircraft included in the now-completed TCS contract are 31 A330 and 53 A320 models. All of them benefit from Saudia Technic’s round-the-clock access to Lufthansa Technik’s worldwide component pool. For time-sensitive components, the TCS offers Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support, which ensures the quickest delivery possible.
