Etihad Aviation Group names Duncan Bureau as Senior VP Global Sales:
11 November 2019:Etihad Aviation Group (EAG) appoints Duncan Bureau as Senior Vice President Global Sales and Distribution. He will be reporting directly to group's Chief Commercial Officer, Robin Kamark. Duncan will take up his new position at Etihad's global headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
Duncan Bureau has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and was recently the President at Air Canada Rouge, the low-cost subsidiary of Air Canada. Before that, he was Vice President Global Sales at Air Canada between 2014 and 2018, with responsibility for generating revenue from all points of sale, and worldwide sales distribution strategies. He has also worked at WestJet for ten years where he rose to the position of Vice President Sales and Airline Partnerships. At Malaysia Airlines, he was the Senior Vice President Global Sales and Distribution for two years.
