19 December2019: Planet Nine Private Air ("Planet 9") has added its tenth managed aircraft - a very late serial number ultra-long range Gulfstream GV (N176SM) - and ninth to its Part 135 AOC this month. It can be booked from the beginning of 2020.
The aircraft offers a range of 6,200 nm (up to 13 hours' flying time). This is Planet 9's third Gulfstream model, joining a G650 and G550. The cabin has 14 luxury passenger seats, plus a dedicated rest area for crew. Inflight entertainment can be used via high speed Air-Cell with passengers having the option to use their own devices or connect with the seven onboard Rosen slimline LCD monitors. It has a baggage capacity of 226 cu ft i.e the aircraft can accommodate up to 25 medium sized suitcases.
