Sheltair inaugurates latest hangar complex at Colorado BJC FBO

 Sheltair, a premier provider of aviation services in the United States, celebrated the grand opening of its cutting-edge hangar complex at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (KBJC) on April 1, 2024, showcasing its ongoing commitment to excellence in aviation infrastructure and community investment. The newly completed facility, consisting of three distinct hangar and office space structures, represents a significant expansion for Sheltair and underscores its dedication to supporting airport development and local economies.



With the addition of the new hangar complex, Sheltair is well-positioned to meet the increasing demand for premium aviation facilities in the greater Denver and Boulder area. The combined facility offers a total of 52,000 square feet of hangar space capable of accommodating large cabin-sized aircraft up to a Bombardier Global 7500, along with 3,700 square feet of office space. Each hangar is designed to cater to the evolving needs of discerning clientele, featuring spacious, flexible layouts, two offices, restrooms, and a three-car garage. Moreover, the expansion includes ample parking for 56 vehicles and 67,856 square feet of new ramp space, enhancing operational efficiency and customer convenience.
