International Aero Engines AG (IAE), a multinational consortium consisting of shareholders including Pratt & Whitney, Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH, Japanese Aero Engines Corporation, and MTU Aero Engines has appointed Kim Kinsley as the new president. Kinsley, who assumes the role immediately, becomes the first female president in the history of IAE. In addition to her presidency, she will also serve as the vice president of V2500 programs at Pratt & Whitney, reporting to Earl Exum.
Earl Exum, the outgoing president of IAE, will transition to the position of chair on the IAE AG board of directors. He will continue his role as the vice president of Mature Commercial Engines at Pratt & Whitney, a position he has held since October 2022. Exum will focus on developing strategies and execution to support customers, optimize product life, and maximize value from Pratt & Whitney’s mature engines portfolio.
