Northrop Grumman receives recapitalization contract by US Air Force:
4 July 2019: US Air Force has given an $82 million contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation to facilitate military satellite communications in the Earth's North Polar Region through its Enhanced Polar System Recapitalization (EPS-R) Control and Planning Segment (CAPS) programme.
The company provides for all three major components of the EPS-R CAPS programme which demonstrates its industry-leading end-to-end capabilities.
