AerFin and BP Aero sign engine support agreement

AerFin and BP Aero sign engine support agreement:

10 April, 2019: AerFin and BP Aero have signed a new long-term engine support contract. The contract will take care of CFM56 and CF34 engine part overhaul at BP Aero's facilities in Irving, Texas. A lot of attention will be given to repairing Aerfin's extensive inventory of CF34 parts, so to meet the current industry demand.
The deal intensifies a growing relationship between both the companies, who have worked together for several years to deliver engine and components solutions to airlines and MROs.

James Bennett, Director of Sales and Marketing, AerFin said, "We have established a strong, important partnership with BP Aero that is continuing to grow in line with our business. At AerFin we pride ourselves on being a key strategic partner for airlines and MROs. There is a challenging discrepancy in the supply and availability of CF34-8E engines and components in the current environment. This particular agreement will ensure we have the capabilities to meet global customer demand with high-quality, cost-effective engine solutions."

Jack Lane, VP of Sales and Marketing at BP Aero said, "AerFin has been a great growth customer, especially in 2018. BP Aero recognised the need to offer support for CF34-8C & 8E in 2017, adding to our already established support of CFM56-3, 5A, 5B, 5C & 7B, CF6-80C2, GE90-95 and PW4000 engine part overhaul needs. This agreement allows for continued growth but more importantly, enhances our mutual commitment to serve the end customers.
