H. John Gilbertson, Jr, 63 retired from the post of Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Group Inc and was elected to the Board of Directors at AAR effective immediately. This marks the total count of the board to 12.

Mr. Gilbertson worked for Goldman Sachs as Managing Director and as Partner-in-Charge of investment banking services for the Midwest Region for 27 years. Prior to that he also worked with Morgan Stanley, Bain & Company and Chase Manhattan Bank.
