23 March 2020: Viasat has come forward to participate in FCC's Keep Americans Connected' Initiative. This initiative will keep the residential and small business customers connected lessening potential health and economic impacts associated with the coronavirus
What is 'Keep Americans Connected' Initiative
Viasat pledges for the next 60 days to
- not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic
- waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic
- open its Wi-Fi hotspots, in conjunction with partners, to any American who needs them.

Our goal is to help provide internet continuity to all of our customers who count on us to stay connected-whether at home or at work.
