Swiss AMOS stands strong in COVID-19 crises:
26 March 2020: In today's testing times of COVID-19 crises Swiss-AMOS is committed to support their customers and maintain the continuity of remotely deliverable services and support.
Currently there are split staff working locations for AMOS Support, AOS and Cloud Hosting team members. Thus secure support in critical areas services can be fully delivered via home office as well. The SL1 emergency hotline is manned as usual and measures are taken to enable all staff members to work from home.
Swiss AMOS plan of action
- All travel for Switzerland-based staff is restricted till the end of April.
- To make best use of audio and video technology to ensure progress on the on-going projects.
- Swiss AMOS has comprehensive online collaboration capabilities for employees to communicate with customers and each other.
The aim behind this is to help everyone stay safe and at the same time continue to serve the customers.
