Safran steps up cleaning and disinfection ops in COVID-19 wake
24 March 2020: In the wake of current COVID-19 crises Safran has suspended production in countries most affected by the COVID-19 virus since March-18.

The same measures have been taken in all Safran locations worldwide to help prevent further spread of the virus and with a focus on protecting the health of our employees.

Since yesterday, March 23, production is slowly starting to resume in some countries. Work has been reorganized to incorporate the most stringent health and safety guidelines for employees.

Safran has recommended that employees telecommute if their job allows (no constraints related to equipment or physical presence).

Following school closures in certain countries / zones, measures have been implemented for employees who have to stay at home to care for their children, following the compensation terms in each country.
