10 April, 2019: Pratt & Whitney has signed a part repair service award agreement with Turbine Controls, Inc. (TC MRO) at the MRO Americas conference in Atlanta, Georgia. This is Pratt & Whitney's first agreement with Turbine Controls and will help their aftermarket network for repairs on the PW1500 engine.

With this deal, TC MRO will be involved in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of both static and rotating components, including critical life-limited parts.

"The agreement with TC MRO allows Pratt & Whitney to continue to expand its global MRO repair network," said Heather Walton, senior director, Aftermarket Supply Chain. "TC MRO has been a long term supplier to Pratt & Whitney and we recognize their expertise in part repairs. Their proven performance and dedication to continuous improvement aligns with Pratt & Whitney values to exceed customer expectations and support the growing GTF PW1500 fleet."
