AstroNova widens its Asia Aerospace Business:
7 May 2019: AstroNova has received multi-year contracts from several major Asian commercial airlines and leasing companies for AstroNova-manufactured flight deck printers for installation on new aircraft. The contracts vary in duration from four to eight years. The company has also opened an authorised repair station in Singapore to support its growing presence in the region.
The Asia-Pacific region will be the major driver of industry growth over the next 20 years, according to the International Air Transport Association. Over half of the total number of new passengers will be coming from these markets.
