25 May 2019: RUAG MRO International refreshed VistaJet's Bombardier Challenger 850 with different types of aircraft services during a scheduled maintenance visit. Project management and services consist of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), component MRO, aircraft painting, and the integration of both an avionics ADS-B out upgrade as well as a full cabin refurbishment. This is the first in a series of Challenger 850 projects which will be completed on behalf of VistaJet.
The customer wanted to optimise a scheduled MRO event on their Bombardier Challenger 850 to save on both costs and time. The aircraft needed a regular maintenance services, a full exterior repainting to feature the VistaJet livery, landing gear MRO, an ADS-B compliance upgrade and full cabin refurbishment. Currently, RUAG MRO International is supporting the second of the series of Challenger 850s, on behalf of VistaJet.
