VD Gulf receives first Boeing 777 type aircraft for base maintenance
31 May 2019: VD Gulf has received its first Boeing 777 type aircraft for base maintenance in its wide-body aircraft hangar. The Boeing 777 is the latest addition to the VD Gulf MRO portfolio of Boeing 747/ 737CL/NG and Airbus A320 family aircraft.

The aircraft that belongs to Iraqi Airways arrived at the VD Gulf hangar to undergo heavy C-check and other out o phase tasks along with ADs/SBs. VD Gulf team took fourteen days for the base maintenance work on the aircraft.

Earlier this year, VD Gulf had expanded its capabilities and approval to this model aircraft. The Boeing 777 core maintenance team comprises of EASA approved engineers and specialists have more than a few years of Boeing 777 MRO experience. This product together with the other Boeing models maintained by VD Gulf makes the company the best place for maintaining Boeing airplanes.
