Leonardo provides its E-scan radar to Canadian Armed Forces:

31 May 2019: Leonardo has signed a multi-million Euro contract with QinetiQ to provide a number of PicoSAR Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA, also known as 'E-Scan') radars. The radars will be used for the new unmanned Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) aircraft that have been ordered by the Canadian Armed Forces. Leonardo has designed and manufactured the radar in Edinburgh, UK. The Canadian military units will employee the PicoSAR at sea and on land, for both domestic and international operations.

PicoSAR has flown on more than 10 different aircraft making it is an extremely flexible system. The radar has been flown in Oceania, the Far East, North Africa, Europe, the Middle East, North America and South America and has been obtained by over 10 customers.
